The purpose of this workshop is to bring together high school teachers, university instructors, and education stakeholders from across the Atlantic region to discuss evidence-based pedagogy and innovative instructional methodologies used in introductory math courses. From these discussions, we aim to better understand the needs of students in our region, and develop course structures and resources which address these needs in our universities and high schools. This year, the focus topic is "The Transition Year: From High School to University Mathematics". The conference represents a sequel to the 2019 conference and will focus on mathematics curriculum in high school and university, challenges and successes for students as they transition, teaching and learning technologies, and student support. New and returning participants are welcome! The one day event will consist of a plenary talk, panel discussion, and small-group discussions. Lunch will be provided.
