AARMS Poster

The 2009/2010 AARMS Poster makes uses of some graphics provided by Theodore Kolokolnikov in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at Dalhousie University.

The graphic shows pattern formation in the two-dimensional Belousov-Zhabotinski reaction in water-in-oil microemulsion. First row: spot deformation without replication. Second row: spot to spot bifurcation. Third row: spot to ring bifurcation. Fourth row: spot to ring to spot bifurcation.
